Important Notice for UK Customers
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that sales to the UK will be suspended after January 1st, 2021 due to changing issues with Brexit and import requirements.
This was not an easy decision to make and I am sincerely so sorry to all of my UK friends and supporters. This change will be temporary, but I do not have a timeline on when things can return to normal. As of January 1st, the UK government is putting new requirements and restrictions on exports to the UK that would require Néant to register with the UK government and pay additional tax on behalf of the customer before the items are sent to the UK. Unfortunately this is not a feasible requirement for Néant both in workload, cost, and uncertainty on how the tax would then be reported in the US, but rest assured that I am working to find ways to reopen sales to the UK as soon as possible.
I cannot give details yet, but there will be a very special surprise for UK customers shortly that I am very excited to announce. Although we will suspend sales to the UK after January 1st, there will be something special just for you to hopefully ease that sting!
